研究失意，赌场胜利。 I'm getting off research early today and going for a wonderful lunch cause the past two days i've won 42$ at poker ;D all in under an hour. yay. on the other hand, my research is not going too well ;( worked late last night to try to figure out the mysteries of zinc oleate. but it's still pretty mysterious to me.

there i can spell it now. this is the word i've learnt since primary school, checked up like ten times and still can't spell up till now.. basket, it just befuddles all logic. dairia is so much easier. but doesn't look as disgusting of course.

so my idiotic friend sent me a porn site thingie and said it was some funny video. so i copied it and pasted it in my browser. !@#*&^@!*$&^!@&*# I was at work. and then I happily sent it to Rachmaninov (hahaha) as well. Heng now still early no one in the lab except 2 other people who aren't looking at my screen... Okay back to work

I've become a workaholic!
and i eat peanut butter sandwiches for breakfast and lunch everyday. and cheap chinese food for dinner. I had to cycle over 3 miles out last night for my cheap dinner, and I found out they didn't accept ATM cards~!@# I didn't have any cash, and the nearest ATM machine tried to charge me freaking 2 dollars for a withdrawal!! so I cycled to Target (supermarket) and bought some food and used cashback to get cash.
Ohhh the last time I ran out of cash was at this cheap vietnamese place I go to all the time. It's like about the cheapest most value for money food you can find within 5 miles of my school I think. and the owner was like it's okay, you can pay me back the next time. lucky i didn't have to wash dishes.
OH crap. my laundry is still in the dryers. it's 12:41am now, i'm too lazy to go down and get them. I guess i'll go without underwear again tomorrow then... ahaha kidding.
There was a barbecue at my college today, and after that I watched Cars in the cinema. It's a nice cute show that makes me want to buy a car, but too bad, no money.
oh everyone should listen to the mrbrown podcasts!! they are so funny... especially the recent x-men one about army guys. haha.
okay just my usual short update.
OH motorola V3 sucks!!! don't ever get it. mine makes random calls to people all the time and cuts me off, and the handsfree works only 50% of the time. !#@#$

oooops i forgot to talk about the loser things that happened to me. two pairs of sunglasses broke in summer so far. the first one i bought in vancouver... tmd, i dropped them and rode over them with my bicycle. the second pair i bought in taiwan. i dropped them and they broke. ARGHHhh heng i got 1 more pair.

you know you've become a nerd when
1. You love doing lab work
2. You could've gone home an hour ago, but stayed because you wanted to continue your experiment
3. You're even considering skipping your favorite dance lessons to continue your experiment
4. You've also conveniently skipped breakfast, lunch and dinner to run your experiment
5. You feel like the king of the world when your experiment gives you the slightest correctness in results.

Summer is going well, research in the lab is pretty fun. Been eating alot and not exercising enough. but what the heck, life is shorter than you think.

Went to this Malaysian nonya restaurant yesterday! yummy! haven't had kang kung(that's how they spelt it) in ages. not since the last time i went home that is.
so... if i stay in the US for another year, i'll have 4 of the 5 C's. Credit Card, Condo, Cash ($5 also cash right), Car. Oh man, what's up, i'm almost a made dependent. Hmmm how to get country club... Maybe Concubines can count as the last C, or countless copulation, or Creative mp3 player. ok i'm crapping. i only have the last one anyways.
